Fall 2010: 100-mile Dwarf Wedgemussel survey
We are excited to be awarded a contract to conduct freshwater mussel surveys in 100 miles of the upper Connecticut River as part of the ecological studies for the relicensing of the Vernon Dam, Bellows Falls Dam, and Wilder Dam. This is an exciting opportunity to apply our unmatched experience with Dwarf Wedgemussels (Alasmidonta heterodon) and SCUBA skills to a large geographic area.
